The handling of JAL Coupon Awards

JAL Coupon Awards can be used at JAL Hotels.

  • 1. Which hotels are eligible for using coupons?
    All JAL Hotels world wide. (Okura Hotels & Resorts are not eligible)
  • 2. What can the coupons be used for?
    The coupon can be used for payment of the stay (room charge only) food and beverage.
a. Payment for the stay
  • The coupon can be used for the payment of the room charge only.
  • The coupon cannot be used for payment made for other items such as laundry or PAY TV , etc. However . there is an exception for the case when an accommodation plan is designed as a package.
b. Payments for food and beverage
  • Please note that the coupon cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts or privileges.
  • The coupon can be used for meals at overseas hotels only when you are staying as a registered guest. Please have the meal charged to your room and make payments when checking out.

From January 1 , 2008 , the handling of JAL Coupon Awards at Nikko Hotels International has changed as follows.

1. JMB Hotel Mileage will not be accumulated if a coupon is used for payment.
2. A coupon cannot be used for payment if reservation is made via a travel agency (including Internet reservation web sites and Web based travel agencies).
