July 29, 2008, Tokyo – JAL Hotels Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo: President: Katsumi Chiyo) announced that the company and its joint venture company in China, BTG Nikko International Hotel Management Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Beijing, China; Chairman: Yang Jin Shan), signed a hotel management agreement on July 23rd with Guangzhou Ruiyin Cyberport Hospitality Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Guangzhou, Guangdong Province, China; President: Liu Lin Bin) to open Hotel Nikko Guangzhou in March, 2010. The hotel will be located in the Tianhe District of Guangzhou, Guangdong Province, China. This will be JAL Hotels’ eighth hotel in China, following two hotels in Beijing, and one each in Dalian, Tianjin, Hong Kong, Shanghai and Wuxi. The Shanghai and Wuxi hotels are scheduled to open in 2009.
