How to Accumulate Hotel Mileage
* 1. At the time of hotel check-in
Please present your members card and mention that you would like to receive mileage on your account.
* 2. At the time of hotel check-out
Please make sure you receive a hotel receipt made out in your name.
* 3. Mileage accumulated from hotel stays will be reflected in your account within 2-3 months.
Until your mileage has been credited to your account, please retain hotel receipts issued in your name.
Notes
* Even if you mentioned your membership number when reserved, you must advise the hotel when you check-in that you would like to accumulate the mileage. Failure to do so will result in uncredited mileage.
* A stay at the same hotel for more than 1 night is considered as "1 stay." If you check out and check in again at the same hotel within a 24-hour period, it will be considered as one stay.
* If 2 or more members share a room, only the member whose name appears on the hotel receipt will receive mileage.
* Reserving multiple rooms in the same member's name will result in the crediting of mileage for 1 stay.
