• Enrich Mileage will be credited only when hotel room charges are paid directly to the hotel.
• Group rates are not eligible for Enrich mileage credit.
• Some discounted rates may not be eligible at certain hotels. For details, please check with the individual hotel.

[How to Earn Enrich Miles for Your Hotel Stay]

• Please present your Enrich member number and mention that you would like to earn Enrich miles.
• Please make sure you receive a hotel receipt made out in your name.
• Enrich miles earned from hotel stays will be reflected in your account within 4-6 weeks.
• Until your Enrich miles have been posted to your account, please retain hotel receipts issued in your name

• Even if you mentioned your Enrich number when reserved, you must advise the hotel when you check-in that you would like to earn Enrich miles. Failure to do so will result in Enrich miles not posting to your account.
• A stay at the same hotel for more than 1 night is considered as "1 stay." If you check out and check in again at the same hotel within a 24-hour period, it will be considered as one stay.
• If 2 or more members share a room, only the Enrich member whose name appears on the hotel receipt will earn Enrich miles.
• Reserving multiple rooms in the same Enrich member's name will result in the earning of Enrich miles for 1 stay.
