• Cancelation, guarantee policies vary per hotel. Please, remember to check the hotel’s cancellation policy before making any changes to your booking.
• J-SMART ADVANCE rate plans are eligible to earn JMB miles. In order to accumulate JMB miles, please follow the instruction below:
  1. At the time of hotel check-in, please present your JMB card or JAL CARD and mention that you wish to receive mileage credit on your JMB account. The following number after J-SMART is the miles to be accumulated per night.
  2. Mileage accumulated from hotel stays will be reflected in your account within 2-3 months. Until your mileage has been credited to your account, please retain hotel receipts issued in your name.
  3. Hotel mileage will not be accumulated if a JAL Coupon, JAL IC Coupon or a Diamond Premier Coupon is used for payment.
