Reservation Guide - JAL Hotels | Hotel Nikko - Guide Providing Process and Procedures to Book, Confirm, and Modify Online Hotel Reservations.

Follow the procedure below to make your online hotel reservation.

HOME / Check Room Availability	Select Region and Country. Specify the details of your planned stay and click [Search]. (If you have already decided on your hotel, specify it here and you will be directed to it [3].) You can access detailed information on any hotel by clicking [Property Information].
Search Result / Hotel Selection	Select a hotel and click [Select].
Rate Plan & Room Type Selection	After you check the Rate Plan, click [Select] for your Room Type.
Confirm Reservation / Enter Personal Information	Confirm your reservation details and enter your personal information. (* indicates required fields) Read the terms of the agreement and, if you agree, check the checkbox, then click [Submit]. If you are already a MY JALHOTELS Member, you do not need to enter your personal information again. Click [MY JALHOTELS LOGIN] at the top of the page and select [Return to the Reservation Page] after logging in. Your personal information has already been added.
Completion of Reservation	Your reservation has been processed. We will send the details of the reservation confirmation and the reservation number to the registered mail address.

HOME / Confirm or Modify Reservation	Click [Confirm or Modify Reservation] at JAL HOTELS HOME.
Confirm or Modify Reservation	Enter the reservation number and the guest's name, and click [Retrieve Reservation]. Confirm the reservation details and change or cancel the reservation. MY JALHOTELS members can, after logging-in to MY JALHOTELS, display a list of reservations by selecting [Check Reservation], and change or cancel any reservations by selecting the reservation number.
