JALHOTELS Web members will still be able to login by entering the same E-mail address and password. However, your profile data may not be completely transferred due to the system change. We encourage you to recheck and reconfirm your profile data once again upon your first attempt to log onto the new reservation system. We apologize for any inconvenience caused during this transition.

Please note that in order to retrieve your previous reservation details made prior to the system upgrade, you MUST enter your E-mail address and confirmation number instead of the E-mail address and password.
